Ride Guide: Captain Roy's to Easter Lake

Sitting at Captain Roy's, and want to get some miles in but don't have a lot of time? Might I recommend riding to Easter Lake and back! It's a quick easy 18.5 mile ride from Roy's to Easter Lake.

Head towards downtown along the Des Moines River and cross the bridge towards Mullets. Follow the trial from Mullets along the Des Moines River Trail, until you find Easter Lake. Take a gorgeous stroll around the lake before heading back towards Captain Roy's.

For an avid cyclist you can do this route in under an hour and a half.
